Session 2: Leading Through Murky Waters - How do we lead when cultural expectations shift, difficult conversations arise, and the path forward isn't always clear? Together we'll explore how biblical conviction and humble wisdom can guide leaders through seasons of uncertainty.
Saturday Afternoon
Session 3: Leadership as Mission - Leadership isn't merely a responsibility—it's an opportunity. Discover how faithful leadership can be a missional opportunity to advance God's work in the world wherever He has placed you.

Joe Henseler(Main Session Speaker)
Joe brings a grounded and practical voice to the intersection of leadership and culture. With a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Pennsylvania, Joe loves helping people lead with clarity and conviction in the midst of this cultural moment. Joe serves as the Lead Pastor of Faith Church in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a large, multi-generational church that is seeking to transform the Lehigh Valley one life at a time.
